Andrzej Bobinski is a graduate in Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw. He managed the external relations department at Orange Polska, the Polish telocommunications company until 2012 and, at the same time, co-founded the Wroclaw Global Forum and directed preparations for that event.
Between 2006 and 2009, he was program coordinator at the Centre for International Relations, Warsaw. He followed a course in the management of nongovernmental organisations at the Kennedy School of Government (Harvard), took part in the Young Leaders’ Program (Council of the United States and Italy) and the International Visitors Leadership Program (U.S. State Department).
He is an analyst for Polityka Insight, a Polish think-tank.
