Chilling testimony of the evils of North Korea’s regime

A United Nations Commission of Inquiry has called for the leaders of North Korea to be prosecuted at The Hague for crimes against humanity. Lord Alton of Liverpool has chaired a parliamentary committee on North Korea for 10 years. The COI report underlines and corroborates the witness statements about unspeakable cruelty that Lord Alton’s committee has heard. This report may be the catalyst for global action to force change in North Korea.
