Trade between Russia and China is booming. China is investing heavily in Russia and relations are on a high since Vladimir Putin took the reins of power. But the Chinese are also playing tough as they continue to colonise Russia's Far East. GIS expert Professor Stefan Hedlund looks at the puzzle in this briefing.
