Inés de Marcos
Inés de Marcos holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs from the Catholic University of Argentina. As a Fulbright Scholar, she received a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She is also a master’s in economics candidate at San Andrés University in Buenos Aires. Her areas of expertise include development and social policy, as well as contemporary Latin American affairs.
Ms. de Marcos has over 10 years of experience as a policy practitioner working for the Argentinean government in various agencies: the National Congress of Argentina, the Ministry of Education, the Housing Ministry and the Human Development Ministry of the City of Buenos Aires. Based in the Argentine capital, she now works as a consultant for the World Bank Group and does academic research as she continues to teach political science and human development courses at the Catholic University of Argentina and San Andrés University.
