Kenyatta wins Kenya's presidency but his battles are far from over
Uhuru Kenyatta’s has reasons to celebrate, not just for his victory in Kenya’s presidential elections, but for a ruling by the country’s Supreme Court that the election was ‘free and fair’. Now he faces some equally big challenges, most immediately the indictment by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity, allegedly committed after the 2007-2008 elections.
