Modi’s government triggers change for India but questions remain

India’s Narendra Modi has streamlined the prime minister’s office and is leading a charge for changes to the administration. But his way of working seems to reflect his previous management style of a tight-knit unit rather than wider political engagement and involvement. An assessment of his early days in office raises more questions than answers.
