The rise and fall (and rise?) of India’s vaccine diplomacy

Early this year, India was hailed as a hero for its millions of exports of Covid-19 vaccines. Then, a second wave hit, and the country stopped sending vaccines abroad in hopes of containing its own terrible outbreak. It now wants to get back to delivering them to other countries by late this year. If it doesn’t, Beijing could take advantage.
