Registration on our website
By registering for the use of our fee-based services, personal data is collected, such as: name, address and e-mail address. Registered users can change or delete the data provided during registration at any time. The processing of the data entered during registration takes place with the consent of the user according to Article 6 subparagraph 1 (a) of the GDPR. Recipients of the data may be technical service providers who act as processors for the operation and maintenance of our website. Data is processed in this context only as long as the corresponding consent exists. Thereafter, it will be deleted, as long as no legal storage requirements apply. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, solely based on your consent. Without the provision of your personal data, however, we cannot grant you access to our content and services offered.
Provisions of paid services
To provide paid services we ask for additional data, such as payment details to complete your order. The processing of the data required for the conclusion of the contract, which is based on Article 6 subparagraph 1 (f) of the GDPR. We store this data in our systems until the legal retention periods (10 years, PGR) have expired. The provision of your personal data is voluntary. Without the provision of your personal data, we cannot grant you access to our content and services offered.
Your data will be used exclusively to send you the subscribed newsletter via email. The retention of your name takes place to enable us to address you in the newsletter personally and, if necessary, to identify if you want to make use of your rights as a person affected by our service. For the receipt of the newsletter, the indication of your e-mail address is sufficient. When you register for our newsletter, the data you provide is used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be notified by email about circumstances that are relevant to the service or registration (such as changes to the newsletter offer or technical conditions).
Use of Google Analytics
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with further services related to the use of this online offer and the internet usage. In this case, pseudonymous usage profiles of the users can be created from the processed data. We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the users will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the U.S. and shortened there.
The IP address submitted by the user's browser will not be merged with other data provided by Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly. Embedded YouTube videos
The legal basis for the integration of YouTube and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent under Article 6 subparagraph 1 (a) of the GDPR. Your YouTube activation automatically triggers a connection to Google. Anyone who has disabled the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to expect any such cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.

Our company does not receive information from Google that could identify the data subject. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.
