Colleen Graffy
Professor Colleen Graffy is a law professor at Pepperdine Caruso Law School in Malibu, California specializing in public international law, international environmental law, and international criminal law. She was based in London for many years as the Academic Director and Director of Global Programs for Pepperdine University.
She served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia under Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and worked with over 40 embassies and a team in Washington, D.C. to communicate U.S. foreign policy.
Professor Graffy is a frequent commentator on radio and television and has written for The Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, The Sunday Times, The Times, The Telegraph, The Hill, and the Los Angeles Times.
