Princess Therese of Liechtenstein
Princess Therese of Liechtenstein, PhD, is an investment director in the biotech fund of M Ventures, the strategic corporate venture capital arm of Merck KGaA.
Previously, Princess Therese managed strategic projects for the healthcare business of Merck in Darmstadt, Germany. Prior to her work at Merck, she was a client-relationship manager at Industrie- und Finanzkontor in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, a leader in the field of wealth preservation.
During her scientific career, she performed research studies as a biologist in the field of cancer immunotherapy and worked at University College London, in the United Kingdom, and at Navarrabiomed Fundacion Miguel Servet, in Pamplona, Spain. Her work led to the publication of several biomedical papers and patents in the field of cancer immunotherapy.
Princess Therese holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and business studies from New York University and a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Amsterdam.
